BIOGRAPHY

L.L.L Mel aka Lamel Pearson was born in New York City in Farockaway Queens in Red Fern Housing Projects March 9th, 1987. Living in gov't housing and living on welfare, L.L.L Mel was exposed to alcohol, drugs and violence daily but at the age of 8 years old, his family fled to Newport News, VA where he then discovered his love for music. At 13 he moved to Richmond, VA (at that time the murder capital) and at the age of 16 he recorded his first song "Carnage." (Song available on itunes) After the official debut of his first mixtape "Neighborhood Hustlaz Vol.1," he quickly formed the actual group consisting of Big B and Pistol Wise, then later Storm. They quickly caught attention of the streets and started touring up and down the eastcoast where they stumbled across Young Juve of So So Def in the summer of 2009. L.L.L Mel and the Neighborhood Hustlaz recorded more than 14 tracks with Young Juve in Atlanta Ga over a period of time but in early 2011 L.L.L Mel had to serve 4 years in a maximum security prison. Now after being released in late 2014 he is more focused and hotter than ever with his fans still calling for his return, but at that did not want to be a rapper but an entrepreneur. So L.L.L Mel started promoting clubs and managing other talent throughout the city but could not find talent to meet his full standards so January 17th, 2017 L.L.L Mel announced he would step back into the music industry.  With his partner Kenyatti Person (Founder of L.L.L Entertainment) they went to Patchwerks Recording Studio in Atlanta Ga to start recording his debut mixtape  (Spring 2017) L.L.L Entertainment Debut L.L.L Mel's  first official track "87" January 31, 2017.
